Return Policy

   If for any reason you decide that a Hedgehog, Prairie Dog, or Short Tailed Possum is not the right pet for you, you may return it with a refund as follows:

          1-15 days- 50%

          15-30 days-25%

   There will be no refund for returning a Hedgehog, Prairie Dog, or Short Tailed Possum after 31 days of purchase. But do not hesitate to return it. We will take it in as a rescue and find a new home.

    We offer a 30 day health guarantee against medical or physical defects unless the illness is due to abuse or neglect. We will refund your money or replace the Hedgehog, Prairie Dog, or Short Tailed Possum only if a necropsy has been performed by a licensed vet.
