Return Policy

   If for any reason you decide that a hedgehog is not the right pet for you, you may return it with a refund as follows:

          1-15 days- 50%

          15-30 days-25%

   There will be no refund for returning a hedgehog after 31 days of purchase. But do not hesitate to return it. We will take it in as a rescue and find a new home.

    We offer a 30 day health guarantee against medical or physical defects unless the illness is due to abuse or neglect. We will refund your money or replace the hedgehog only if a necropsy has been performed by a licensed vet.
